STATEMENT OF FAITH

1.  We believe in one true God, eternally self existent, creator of all things, (Rom.1:20; Col. 3:9) manifest to mankind in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

2. We believe the Bible to be the only, infallible, authoritative word of God, written by men guided by the power and inspiration of the Holy Spirit.  The Bible is God's best and final instruction to mankind, that we might know Him, obey Him and thereby fulfill the purpose for which we were created.

3. We believe in the deity-Godhood of Jesus Christ, as well as his humanity (John 1:1,14), in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his miracles, in his vicarious and atoning death through his shed blood, in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension into heaven to the right hand of power of the Father, and in his personal return to the earth in power and glory.

4. We believe all mankind is in need of salvation which can only be achieved by the regeneration of the Holy Spirit also known as being born again (John 3:3-5).

5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and is empowered (Acts 1:8) to do the "greater works"(John 14:12) that Jesus spoke of.

6. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as spoken of in Acts 1:8, 2:4, 8:15,16; 10:44; 19:6 is for all believers who ask for it today, because Jesus is the One who baptizes in the Spirit (Matt. 3:11) and He never changes(Heb.13:8)

7. We believe all mankind will stand before the judgment seat of Christ at their death (Heb. 9:27) and at the end of the age.  Those whose name is written in the Lambs book of life (Rev. 20:12) shall receive eternal reward; those who are lost, eternal damnation, apart from the presence of God.

8. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, and will do all to work for a greater expression of that unity.
