The Founder and President of Dominion Ministries International is Anthony Hulsebus. Anthony was saved at age 18 but had a life changing experience with the Holy Spirit January 27th, 1984. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Fine Arts and Music and is a very accomplished jazz and gospel saxophonist. After college he spent 7 years planting churches in places such as Australia, France, Ireland and the US with Maranatha Ministries, where he developed a deep passion for evangelism. Anthony is now a National Trainer for Christian Equippers and uses their materials exclusively in his "MarketTouch" Evangelism Seminar. Churches are lifted to new levels of boldness, spirit-led witnessing and soul winning after each seminar.

Anthony has a diverse ministry and is considered by many in the Body of Christ to fulfill the office of a prophet. After working with many pastors who are frustrated with unhealthy prophetic ministry in their churches, Anthony has developed their very popular "GodSpeak" Prophetic Seminar to help the churches and church leadership become informed and balanced in the gift of Prophecy. Many have commented that his teaching on hearing from God has revolutionized their lives and led to a closer walk with Jesus.

Susan Hulsebus is a full partner with Anthony in the ministry and has a strong gifting in the Word of Knowledge (1 Cr. 12:8) and the gift of mercy (Rom. 12:8). She has a passion to see the captives set free (Luke 4:18, 19) and together with Anthony they teach their Delivered to Destiny Seminar on deliverance from demonic oppression and physical healing. Their meetings are marked by miracles in the prophetic, word of knowledge and healings with a revival atmosphere throughout. Churches report being stirred in their hearts, the people encouraged by prophetic ministry and the gifts of the Spirit being released.
